One side or both?
If the mattress is turned and slept on both ways, both. For one-sided mattresses
with a clearly marked top, one side is enough.
How long does it take to dry?
Usually a few hours in an aired room. Booking a morning slot means it is dry by evening.
Will urine stains come out?
Fresh ones almost always, odour included. Old, repeatedly dried stains can leave a mark;
we say so after looking at the mattress.
Does it help with a dust mite allergy?
Extraction removes mites and their allergens from the top layer, which usually reduces symptoms
noticeably. It is not a one-off fix — with allergies it is worth repeating.
Do you clean foam and latex mattresses?
Yes, with limited water so the core does not get soaked. Mention the type when booking,
as it affects the settings we use.
