After the completion of the order, we will automatically create the next one for the same time in one/two or four weeks, depending on your chosen regularity. The same contractor will be assigned to the cleaning (if you rated the cleaning with 5 stars)
After the cleaning is completed, you will receive an SMS with the date and time of the next cleaning (and a link to edit the cleaning parameters). We will also send a cleaning reminder 2 days before the scheduled date
We do not have prepayment, cleaning is paid after completion by card or cash. If you cancel the next cleaning (you can do this up to 16 hours before the start), there are no penalties. The subscription can be renewed at any time
Failed to write off money from the card. Perhaps there are not enough funds on it or the bank declined the payment

In a healthcare setting cleaning is part of patient safety, not just presentation. What matters is zone separation, the order the work is done in, and product selection — and all of it has to happen outside consulting hours.
We do not collect or transport clinical waste — that is the job of a licensed contractor. We handle general waste and bag changes in the practice's own containers.
We work with dedicated equipment: separate cloths and mop heads for treatment rooms, for the waiting area and for washrooms. The order always runs from cleaner zones to dirtier ones, which limits the risk of carrying contamination across. Equipment is colour-coded so a mistake is visible immediately.
Cleaning happens after the last appointment or early in the morning. In practices running two shifts we agree a window in the gap between them. The schedule is fixed, so staff know when the team is on site.
Alongside routine cleaning, practices book periodic room disinfection, including ozone treatment — most often after the infection season or before a new practice opens.
It depends on the number of rooms, the shared area, how many washrooms there are and frequency. We quote after a site visit.

Yes. After fit-out the right scope is post-renovation cleaning, and only then do we move onto routine servicing.
