The harder part is the smell, which the household stops noticing after a few days but every
visitor picks up at the door. The source is usually urine soaked into flooring, skirtings
or upholstery.

Why the smell comes back
Urine contains uric acid, which dries into crystals that do not dissolve in water.
Ordinary detergent lifts the top layer and the crystals stay — so every time humidity rises,
the smell returns. That is why we use products that break down the odour compounds
rather than simply washing them.
The second reason is depth. Urine on a carpet reaches the backing and the floor underneath.
Cleaning the pile alone buys a few days — what is needed is extraction that reaches the base.
Safe for pets
We use products that are safe for dogs and cats and rinse them thoroughly from the surface.
That matters, because the animal goes straight back to the cleaned spot and is in direct
contact with it. We do not use ammonia-based products — the smell reads as urine to an animal
and encourages it to mark the same place again.

Will you remove cat urine smell?
In most cases yes. Where soiling is old and repeated in the same spot, the floor under the
covering may be saturated — and then chemistry alone will not be enough.
Are the products safe for animals?
Yes, we select them on that basis and rinse them out. Until it dries, it is worth keeping
the animal away from the treated area.
Do you remove hair from upholstery?
Yes. Hair woven into fabric is lifted mechanically before cleaning — the clean itself
will not pull it out.
Is ozone treatment safe for pets?
The treatment is done in an empty room, with no people or animals present. After airing,
the room is safe — we schedule it so the animal can wait elsewhere.
Will it help with a pet allergy?
Removing hair and allergens from fabrics usually reduces symptoms noticeably, but it does not
remove the cause of the allergy. With allergies it is worth repeating regularly.
