After the completion of the order, we will automatically create the next one for the same time in one/two or four weeks, depending on your chosen regularity. The same contractor will be assigned to the cleaning (if you rated the cleaning with 5 stars)
After the cleaning is completed, you will receive an SMS with the date and time of the next cleaning (and a link to edit the cleaning parameters). We will also send a cleaning reminder 2 days before the scheduled date
We do not have prepayment, cleaning is paid after completion by card or cash. If you cancel the next cleaning (you can do this up to 16 hours before the start), there are no penalties. The subscription can be renewed at any time
Failed to write off money from the card. Perhaps there are not enough funds on it or the bank declined the payment
Change your payment method to cash or specify a different card
In an education setting, cleaning has two constraints you get nowhere else: it has to fit around lessons, and it has to be safe for children who touch everything and sit on the floor.
We use low-irritant products, thoroughly rinsed from the surfaces children touch directly: tables, chairs, handrails and classroom floors. Fragrances are kept neutral — strong scents are a problem for children with allergies and asthma. Stronger chemicals are used only in washrooms, outside the hours children are present.
Cleaning happens once the last group has left, or early in the morning before children arrive. In nurseries with long opening hours we usually come in the evening. Periodic work — window cleaning, carpet cleaning, floor restoration — is planned for the holidays.
In autumn and winter we increase the frequency of touch-point disinfection: handles, handrails, switches, tables and taps. Those carry the most. During an outbreak, settings often add room disinfection.
It depends on floor area, the number of rooms and washrooms, and frequency. We quote after a site visit.

Hard toys and washable surfaces, yes. Soft toys need laundering and that is agreed separately.
