After the completion of the order, we will automatically create the next one for the same time in one/two or four weeks, depending on your chosen regularity. The same contractor will be assigned to the cleaning (if you rated the cleaning with 5 stars)

After the cleaning is completed, you will receive an SMS with the date and time of the next cleaning (and a link to edit the cleaning parameters). We will also send a cleaning reminder 2 days before the scheduled date

We do not have prepayment, cleaning is paid after completion by card or cash. If you cancel the next cleaning (you can do this up to 16 hours before the start), there are no penalties. The subscription can be renewed at any time

Sometimes cleaning is needed exactly once — after a party, before family arrive, after illness, or simply in a week when there was no time. One-off cleaning in Krakow requires no contract, no subscription and no commitment to further visits.

You book online: pick the size of the flat, a date and any extras. The price is shown before you confirm and does not change afterwards.

One-off or regular — which works out cheaper?

A one-off booking carries no frequency discount: you pay the full rate for a single visit. If it turns out you want help now and again, regular cleaning is cheaper — the discount reaches 20% for weekly visits.

There is nothing stopping you starting with one visit and deciding about frequency later. A one-off booking commits you to nothing.

No. There is no contract, no subscription and no obligation to book again.

Is it more expensive than regular cleaning?

Yes, because the −20%, −15% and −10% discounts apply to recurring visits. A one-off booking is charged at the rate without a frequency discount.

Do I have to be home?

No. Access is enough — keys, a door code, or someone else in the household.

How long does it take?

A studio is usually around 3 hours, a two-room flat around 4, a three-room flat around 5.

Can I book for the weekend?

Yes, with no weekend surcharge. The price depends on scope, not on the day of the week.

What if I want to book again?

Book another visit whenever you like, or switch to regular cleaning and take the discount.
