Cleaning heavily neglected properties in Krakow
Sometimes a home gets away from someone. The reason is usually illness, bereavement, depression,
old age or hoarding disorder — and almost never laziness. Booking this service does not require
you to explain or apologise for anything. Our job is to bring the property back to a usable
state, not to judge how it got there.
How we work
- Inspection — agreeing the scope and what must be kept
- Sorting — items to keep, to donate and to dispose of
- Removal — clearing what has been marked for disposal
- Deep cleaning — floors, walls, washrooms, kitchen
- Disinfection and odour neutralisation

Nothing goes without agreement
That is the central rule of this service. Personal belongings, documents, photographs and
keepsakes are set aside and left for the owner or family to decide on. We do not make that call
for the client — even when an item looks worthless. We dispose only of what has been identified
in advance.
Discretion
- Unbranded vehicles with no service name
- We do not discuss the job with neighbours or third parties
- Waste is carried out in closed bags
- Timing is chosen to limit traffic in the stairwell
Safety
In heavily neglected properties we work in personal protective equipment. Animal waste,
spoiled food, insects or rodents do occur. If we find a situation calling for pest control,
we say so and point out that a separate licensed contractor is needed — we do not carry out
that work ourselves.

How much does this cost?
Always quoted after an inspection — the scope varies enormously. Floor area, the volume
to be removed, the sanitary condition and whether ozone treatment is needed all affect it.
Do you judge your clients?
No. Anyone can end up in this situation. We turn up to do the work.
Will you throw my things away?
Only what you have identified. Anything we are unsure about is set aside and we ask before removing it.
Do I need to be present?
For the sorting stage yes, because those decisions are the owner's. The cleaning itself
can be finished without you there.
Will the smell go?
Usually yes — once the source is gone, followed by disinfection and ozone treatment.
Where the smell has soaked into flooring or plaster, that layer may need replacing.
Do you handle insects or rodents?
No. We flag the problem and point out that a specialist contractor is needed —
pest control requires separate licensing.
